Disclaimer (Because Let’s Keep It Legal):
Let’s be crystal clear: I’m not claiming to cure sleep apnea. Let me be more clear: I do not cure sleep apnea.
What you’re about to see are just a few stories from real people I supported as a health coach—people who showed up for themselves, followed the steps, and committed to the process.
Their results are not typical (although MOST people who use some of what we educate on report positive changes).
Some saw big changes in their sleep. Some had follow-up sleep studies that no longer showed sleep apnea. A few even said goodbye to their CPAPs.
Is that proof of anything? No, these are stories to be taken at face value.
And please: Don’t change anything about your current medical treatment or care without first speaking to your doctor. Always talk to your doctor before making any health-related decisions.
What you do with this information is entirely up to you.
“I had been ill for three years and had tried everything I could get my hands on…within one week, I took that walk around the block. I was walking for a half hour, and it was radical. And from there, we saw continued improvement.”
“I’m almost 59 now, and I really feel like 29. You know, my energy levels are maybe even better than 29. My energy levels are significant. My clarity of thinking is so much better. I don’t have the fogginess or any of those things like I used to have and anyway, those are those are just just the tip of the iceberg.”
“At my worst, I wasn’t even able really to walk down my hallway to get from the bedroom to the kitchen…Now, I can walk for an hour. And, you know, first of all, I can do it. And then after I’ve done it, I’m not going to crash and have to, you know, wipe out the next couple of days.”
“Just to say it in as few words as possible first, I mean, I actually have my life back, like, I can do things I don’t, I don’t just wake up and just feel like, I have to suffer for another day.”
“Within the first week, I was able to eat three normal meals a day and not having to eat every couple of hours and I started sleeping a bit more and being able to get about and having a bit more energy.”
